To participate in our deferred payment plan, please proceed to checkout as usual with your wefted hair, custom wig or instock selection. During checkout you will be asked to enter a PROMO CODE. Enter "DEFERRED" as the PROMO CODE. (The promo code is case sensitive you must enter this code as you see it, all caps). Please note that the PROMO CODE used will present you with the down payment amount due towards your purchase. THIS IS NOT A DISCOUNT.
You will be required to pay a non-refundable deposit towards the total cost of the product to begin the processing and production on it (i.e. custom lace wig, stock lace wig or custom weft hair). This is how it works:
1) Payment plans on custom lace wigs and custom weft hair orders will be charged a non-refundable deposit, auto generated by the cart system before customization is sent to production. Once your custom lace unit/weft hair order is complete, the remaining balance will be due and you will be promptly notified via email of your completed order. Custom lace wigs are completed within 4 to 8 weeks and final payment is due at time of completion (unless you paid for 20 Day Rush). Custom wefted hairs are completed within 7-10 business days and final payment is due at time of completion. You may alternatively make additional payments towards your purchase prior to completion through our "Self Pay Service".
2) Payment plans on in-stock lace wigs and instock weft hair orders will be charged a non-refundable deposit, auto generated by the cart system prior to holding the stock lace unit or stock weft hair. You will have upto an additional 14 days from the date of initial deposit to make final payment on the remaining balance due. You may alternatively make additional payments towards your purchase prior to the 14 day hold deadline through our "Self Pay Service".
In addition, there are absolutely NO REFUNDS on all deposits and payments made on this deferred plan option. *Payment plans will not be offered on purchases under $250.00.
